The boxing does not tempt you?


Our center has a structure dedicated to the practice of the Aerobic with a space of 77 sqm, equipped to offer you a sports activity more in agreement with yourself.

The collective lessons (small groups) are going to allow you to end the afternoon by a session of one hour realized in a simple, friendly and musical atmosphere, but nevertheless sportive, which will relax you and will allow you to attack the evening in the best possible conditions.

At the end of the course, our hammam will offer you, without supplement, relaxation and rest to take back some strengths before evening.

Our lessons integrate the best exercises at present given : the Body Jam (fitness and dance), the Body Balance (which is inspired by soft gyms of the world and mix stretching and relaxation, strongly influenced by the yoga, the taï-chi, the Qi Qong), but do not forget the bases of the Fitness (streching, aerobic, muscular tonus, etc.).

Our center also developes a serie of exercises in the style of Body Combat but by replacing the boxing by Muay Thaï! A good way of introducing you to the techniques of bases of this sport without having to get in a boxing ring.
