Daily fitness lesson

Every collective session takes one hour. You can, at the end of the session, use the hammam without additional charge.

Generally, a session decomposes as follows :

 


 

Abs – bums :

A big classic of the Fitness, this work out has for objective to tone up the abdominal belt and to contribute to go back up organs under the rib cage. The exercises of fitness model your bums as you wish and increase the muscular tonus. By working your bottoms, you not just improve your silhouette and your look, but you also decrease the tensions of the pond and the the back.

Step :

Step is adapted for everybody : young and less young, novice or experimented. Step is a technique of cardiovascular training which consists, on the base, in rising on an adjustable nonskid platform in height to get down again it by following a certain cadence determined by the music. As in "classic" aerobics, step uses diverse movements of steps and arm, and the group can constitute real small choreographies. Step is a very varied discipline, which constitutes an excellent exercise to improve the stamina, the coordination, the muscular tonic effect and the flexibility.

Stretching :

 


 

This sport consists of a sort of soft gymnastic, very similar to the Yoga, having for objective to stretch and to soften muscles congested by a session of exercises.

A series of exercises in a particular style :

  • Body Jam,
  • Body Balance,
  • Body combat,
  • etc.

At the end of every session:
You have to relieve congestion in your muscular mass:
•  to avoid the permanent tensions on tendons,
 •  to allow the muscles to find their initial elasticity.
We also call this phase the " return in the peace ", because it allows a progressive return of the heart rhythm and the normal lung system.
